Find out what you need at startup with Sysinfo

I always wonder what I need in my Windoze startup...there is a great resource out there which tells you exactly what you need and what you should avoid in your startup list.
You can get a list of startup applications for your operating system at Sysinfo.org.
Thousands of apps are listed here, with a handy legend that tells you what's needed and what's not: for instance, 'Y' for leave it alone, 'U' for user's choice, 'X' for need to get rid of it, etc. Word to the wise, from the site: 'It is assumed that users are familiar with the operating system they are using and comfortable with making the suggested changes.'
